The Wedding Cakes I create here at VKC, are individual to you, I love to work with you through the process from design to completion of your beautiful bespoke cake, that will be unique to only you. You can choose either the traditional rich fruit cake , or my signature sponge for each tier, or combine the two. They come with either a buttercream or fondant finish and all my wedding cakes come with a layer of delicious chocolate ganache to give more stability, especially during summer months . You can choose from fresh, faux or handmade sugar flowers made by me to adorn your masterpiece.
