Here at VKC,  I do a range of different cakes to suit your style of Celebration gathering whether its for a Birthday, Christening, Confirmation, Anniversary, Graduation, or Baby Shower. You can choose from a traditional rich fruit cake or one of my signature delicious sponge cakes in any flavour you require, and also choose a buttercream or sugar fondant finish. They can be finished with faux, fresh or sugar flowers or handmade models, chocolates and sprinkles can be added to if required. My sponge cakes are 4 layers, sandwiched together  with buttercream and your chosen filling, choose either raspberry conserve, lemon curd, caramel or Nutella, and when completed they are roughly 15cm in height.
